This is my 3rd car to own, but the first new car I've ever had. I was looking at Nissan & Ford when my mom suggested I look at the Passat. I called and spoke with Luxon who had the car out and waiting fo ever had. I was looking at Nissan & Ford when my mom suggested I look at the Passat. I called and spoke with Luxon who had the car out and waiting for us when we arrived. He was respectful and patient. Very different over the bad experience I had at Coconut Ford where the salesman immediately told me he doubted that I could get a car loan. I have great credit, a job and I am a student at FGCU, I did not understand why he would prejudge me that way. Luxon and the staff at Naples VW were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best service and the best deal. I can't wait to go back to the Ford dealership and show him my new Passat. Carl really went out of his way for us. VW of Naples did not have the car we wanted: a 4-door GTI hatchback, Wolfsburg edition, with ****stick shift / standard transmission.**** In fact, having the stick not have the car we wanted: a 4-door GTI hatchback, Wolfsburg edition, with ****stick shift / standard transmission.**** In fact, having the stick shift was a deal breaker. Carl found the exact vehicle in the exact color we wanted. He had it shipped to VW of Naples. At all times during the car-buying process, he was extraordinarily helpful and, more importantly, respectful. The first time we came to the dealership, he even stayed after closing so that we could take a test drive. Overall, we were impressed with the entire operation at VW of Naples. All of the team members seemed happy. Finally--our children really appreciated the hot chocolate! More

Carl Senica was a great help in me choosing my new vehicle. I wasn't sure what vehicle to choose but after visiting Carl on the first day and him calling me the next day, he discovered my comfort i vehicle. The total experience was very professional and comfortable. Mike, Ted and Rex handled the entire process with care and consideration for my needs. Kyle Harsh was our sales consultant and we found him to be very friendly and thorough about sales and service. We had an issue with the engine light coming on after we test drove a Beetle and he had it ser be very friendly and thorough about sales and service. We had an issue with the engine light coming on after we test drove a Beetle and he had it serviced quickly so we could proceed to purchase it. He stayed a little late after the store closed to show my husband and I how to put the top down on the convertible.
