Upon meeting Lux at the Naples VW dealership, we let him know we were interested in driving the very cute blue/white VW Beetle. However, Lux being a determined individual went to all lengths to discover why the Beetle wouldn't start. Turns out it was out of gas, a simple fix. Once Lux survived my husband and I instructing him how to back the vehicle out of it's parking space, we were on our way for our "Sign then Drive" test ride!! Loved it! Could hardly wait to get back to the dealership to start the process of buying the car! Lux was very courteous, polite and professional. He treated both of us with respect during the entire process of looking at cars, the test ride, the evaluation of our trade in and the paperwork involved in closing the deal. We have since been back to the Naples dealership to have the PermaPlate added to the car and every person we've dealt with has gone over and above to meet our needs and make sure we're satisfied.
