I was looking to trade in my Jeep for a 2013 VW Passat. Joe Oliver was wonderful, never pushy and made the process extremely simple and painless. Joe made it a point to introduce me to service and show me around the dealership so I would be comfortable no matter why or when I had to come back. I would recommend Joe Oliver to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have never had an experience this great when dealing with a car purchase and I plan on returning to VW of Naples for my next vehicle. More
Visited the Volkswagen of Naples to purchase a new Passat TDI. Although we had some prior customer service issues with this dealership, we thought we give it one more chance since we like Volkswagen as a bra TDI. Although we had some prior customer service issues with this dealership, we thought we give it one more chance since we like Volkswagen as a brand. Our sales rep Luxon Estiverne was nice, respectful and really wanted to get our business. It was the unfortunate acquaintance with the general sales manager, Blair White, who shocked us through his rude attitude. I mean, this guy is the definition of arrogance and egomania. We already wanted to leave the dealership since the deal offered was not acceptable to us, when we were ASKED to wait a little longer to see if they could offer some better conditions. Blair lost it totally when he stated, in front of my spouse and the sales rep that, I quote " my time is worth a lot of money and yours is not!" .... Like we were financially challenged, unemployed and our time and business are not valued and needed favors from his "Excellence" Blair White! We have previously had some related issues with the service department of this dealership like noted above, but since they apologized and corrected the complaints raised, we reconsidered. When you visit this dealership you get the feeling that the staff is there to "generously" make you some favors and you're not a welcomed customer. Probably you need roll in in a Bentley to get some attention or the management is plainly too greedy. We went to VW of Ft.Myers the same evening, got the deal done the way we expected, were treated like valued customers and they earned our business. It showed us that a few rotten apples can make Volkswagen look bad and thus lose business. We and our close family bought/leased a couple VWs and we have never encountered such disgraceful attitude towards customers like it happened at Volkswagen of Naples. By the way, business was booming at Ft.Myers VW dealership and after we told our story, they confirmed that they heard similar stories about VW of Naples and especially Blair White. We are considering filling a lawsuit against this dealership since it's not the first time they treated us so shameful. More
Working with Luxon was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Luxon is smart, professional , knowledgeable, non agressive and responsive to every need . We recently purchased a 2013 Beetle from VW of Naples and can honestly say it was a pleasurable experience. Rex took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for and was able to provide options and guide us effectively to exactly what we wanted. Once we decided to purchase the car Rex did a fantastic job of moving the process through quickly and efficiently.... Most appreciated was his ability to 'multi-task'! There were absolutely no surprises at any step in the purchase process and we really felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We have not used the service department yet but I look forward to experiencing the same level of professionalism and service... Until then all I can say is I love my Beetle! I was able to drive the models that I was most interested in and when I found the one inside the showroom, they were happy to remove it and let me take it for a spin. Michael was the best salesman I have had. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgable, honest and genuine salesperson to deal with. I had researched and test driven a competitors retractable hardtop and the salesman from that dealer spent over an hour with me. He did not contact me, so after 2 weeks, I called him with a coupl retractable hardtop and the salesman from that dealer spent over an hour with me. He did not contact me, so after 2 weeks, I called him with a couple of additional questions.....he had no idea who I was and could not find me in his database. They did not have the color I wanted, so I asked if they could find my color choice at another dealer and if they would match my USAA discount certificate. I never heard from him again! The VW Eos had come up in my research, so as I drove pass the VW dealership, I decided to stop for a look before heading to Ft. Myers to try and deal for my previous choice. Long story short, Erin met me at the VW entrance and 2 days later I owned an Eos. They had the color I wanted, but Erin was more than willing to check outside of Naples for any color I wanted. She took my USAA discount certificate (from an east coast VW dealership) to her manager and they quickly agreed to match the discount. This is what I consider REAL customer service and satisfaction. Erin is extremely knowledgeable about her product and presented herself as a true professional. A few days later, at a follow-up visit, she quickly took a concern to the service manager and the problem was resolved in minutes. Coming from a family of dealership owners, I can only encourage the auto industry to find more saleswomen like Erin who made purchasing my car an enjoyable informed experience with a new friend. More
