I just bought 2 more cars from this dealership and have purchased 7 total cars in the past few years. I purchased a new Audi from Rex Manchester in December and came back to him to buy the 2 new Volkswagon purchased 7 total cars in the past few years. I purchased a new Audi from Rex Manchester in December and came back to him to buy the 2 new Volkswagons. The staff in awesome and the management staff will jump through hoops to make a deal happen. Brian, Blair & the finance staff are friendly and helpful. What keeps me coming back is the quality of the cars and the level of service at the service department. Highly recommend VW of Naples. More

Lux spotted my wife and I looking at new VWs on the front lot and immediately came out with a big smile and extended hand. We were there in response to ads we had seen for interesting 2013 Passat leasing opp lot and immediately came out with a big smile and extended hand. We were there in response to ads we had seen for interesting 2013 Passat leasing opportunities. Our 'mature' Infinity was turning into a money pit. It was time for a change. Lux took us to his desk and gave us an excellent well informed review of the new Passat and leasing options. He took us for a ride in a new Passat including a tour of your lot at the south end of Airport-Pulling Road to review colors. We soon spotted the car we wanted (Night Blue Metallic). He also asked me to drive back the Passat we came in. I enjoyed the comfort, firm ride and power response. We negotiated an acceptable lease and Lux promptly had it approved by his management. I have no debt and no current credit history because I have used only a debit card for years. Lux and the VW management team promptly helped arrange for one of my sons to co-sign the lease. My wife and I think this was the most professional and pleasant new car experience we have had, Thanks to Lux and Blair White and the VW team.
