From the time we walked in the door, I felt right at home. Marty took us for a test drive in the Eos convertible. The car was loads of fun but the size was just not going to work. Erin took over and being a mom also, she knew exactly what we needed. We ended up with a Passat. Wow, was I impressed! The size was perfect and it is still fun to drive. Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the car and made sure I knew exactly how to use all the toys before we left. Then between Chuck and Blair, they got the price and the payments right where we needed them. To finalize the whole deal, J.J. was very efficient in getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. More

I was very pleased with my experience with Luxon and the dealership. I had arrived at the dealership close to lunch time and we finished up everything by late afternoon. but, here is the kicker, since i didn't get lunch i was dying by mid afternoon - luxon went to the lounge and got me a sandwich and a pop. buying a car can be stressful, lets face it, you don't buy a car everyday and its a large dollar purchase no matter what car you choose. to me luxon and the sales staff had me taken car of in a timely fashion and i felt real good about my purchase - so thanks.
