Today I currently find myself driving a brand new 2013 Jetta TDI and i could not be any happier. I owe this to Luxon and David, since i met them they were very helpful in every way possible. From the minute I walked in I liked the professionalism of this dealership. Everyone is dressed for business. The only person I wasn't impressed with is the lady at the front desk. She seemed bla and disinterested, didn't really acknowledge me when I walked in, while my opinion is that your first impression when you walk in the door is a lasting one (this one stuck with me in a bad way). Please acknowledge people walking in and at least tell them hi. Anyway John J. stood up from his desk to help me out, we walked around, test drove a VW CC 2013 certified used. Loved it but didn't love the numbers at negotiation. Went home, checked their website and noticed several 2012 certified Passats. Went back in 2 days later (John was unavailable the next day) after doing my research on the price of the passat I wanted and my trade. I had all my numbers down and calculated. They gave me their numbers, I gave them mine and the deal ended pretty close to my number (and pretty far off theirs which in all fairness they gave me before pulling my credit score). They were extremely easy to deal with, very reasonable and fair. Both John and Chuck were professional, didn't push or bully me into making me take their deal. No going back and forth over and over, flipping numbers etc. I do have to mention that I did go home after the first visit (and it's an hour drive for me), prepared myself by checking both the value of the intended vehicle and my trade and calculating the final monthly payment (adding taxes/fees etc). They knew I wasn't going to pay much more than what I showed them on my calculation and I didn't. Drove home with my new vehicle, feeling good about the deal. Would recommend these guys anytime.
