I purchased a pre-owned Audi Avant from Volkswagen/Audi of Naples. I had identified the car on-line, and although I had reservations about buying a car seen only in pictures, the overwhelmingly positive r of Naples. She maintained ongoing contact, advocated for the price I proposed, detailed the car's history, assured me of its pristine condition and facilitated all the details of registration, licensing, and out-of-state delivery. All of this made a potentially stressful situation very smooth. My confidence in her was validated when my car arrived yesterday in perfect condition, with a full tank of gas, and the Sirius radio station set to one of my favorite stations. A business is only as good as its employees. Erin certainly deserves credit for her contributions to the positive image of this dealership. More

I knew the product and got down to business quickly with David (didn't waste my time). As a corporate trainer, my only feedback for improvement (for the dealership; not David) is to keep the final financial step a bit more focused on the details of the contract and paperwork (this is the only time I'd rather just talk about business than hear about personal testimonies/stories etc. Sure some may think differently...
