I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Golf TDI from Volkswagen of Naples. I found and inquired about the car online, and that is how I met Erin Presley. She was able to answer all of my questions, even the technical ones, without hesitation. She worked with me to make a deal that we all felt good about and even stayed late on Halloween night! When I left the car there overnight to have it detailed the following day, Erin called first thing in the morning to let me know the status and kept me informed every step of the way, even though she already closed the deal. When I mentioned that I would like to get the windows tinted, Erin called someone who gave me a great deal and was able to do it right away, at the dealership, before I picked up the car.
