Walked into the dealership just to see what the '13 Jetta looked like because my current lease ends in January. Erin was very personable and I mentioned that, when leasing my Jetta, I fell in love with the C looked like because my current lease ends in January. Well, Erin smiled and said "it so happens that we currently are having a special promotion on the CC and I believe I can get it for you at a price comparable to what you are paying now". I was not yet shopping for a new lease, but I sat and listened. I had gotten an extremely good deal with my Jetta's lease so I asked for the same terms, or I would not be interested. As unytielding as I was, Erin was just as persistent about getting me the deal that would satisfy me. After approximately 4 hours, she and her manager, Chuck, worked the figures so I left the dealership with my new CC Sport, the car I wanted all along. Erin was pleasant, friendly and not a high-pressured "used car salesman" which would have caused me to walk out the front door. This was a great experience. More

The reason for the Good rating for the overall experience was not to do with Erin but with the helpful and made the buying process pleasent and easy. I was buying the car from Canada and it took a couple of tries to get the paperwork done and to have the dealership fill out the documents to meet my needs. On Thursday 9/20/2012 we went to VW of Naples to look, price and drive a new VW CC per our daughters recommendation. Who purchased a new VW CC last week. Kyle Harsh was our sales consultant, whom was very kind, polite, courteous, knowledgable with great customer service. After test driving the VW CC sport, which we loved, we agreed on a price, met the general manager, Blair who was also friendly and courteous. Finally, we met Tony Canglin, the finance manager, very up beat, friendly, courteous. Just an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE from this VW team. Everything just fell into place that day and we drove our new VW CC home that very same day. We never dreamed this would happened to us......but it did and we are extremely happy !!!!!
