Erin responded to my emails quickly and was very friendly and we honestly felt she did the best she could for us. I previously bought a 2012 jetta from another dealer and when we were in the market for another one we didn't want to make the drive to clearwater again so we gave naples a shot. The experience at VW of naples was a much better experience. The staff didn't have that typical VW/audi stuck up attitude which has been my experience over the past 5 years with the brand's dealerships. Bottom line is that we were taken care of, the process was quick, we got a great deal and Erin was awesome! More

In fact I did not have access to a car that day and he drove a new car to my house in North Naples to let me test drive it. The first time I went to the dealership was to pick up the car!
