Volkswagen of Naples

I live in Southeast Florida. In the tri-county region we have plenty of VW dealerships - I know because I either visited or communicated with almost all of them. Nonetheless, I drove four hours (round trip have plenty of VW dealerships - I know because I either visited or communicated with almost all of them. Nonetheless, I drove four hours (round trip) out of my way to pick up my new GTI because the experience of dealing with David Faulkner was worth it. I negotiated the deal, including my trade-in vehicle, in 40 minutes on the phone. I had gotten an appraisal from a large chain used car dealership on the east coast that was a little bit higher that what I had negotiated over the phone. The folks at Naples VW came up to nearly match the appraisal (such that I actually came out ahead when taking the sales tax savings into consideration), even though I told them that I would be buying the car from them regardless of whether they or not they took my trade. They had no reason to want my trade-in, as it's the kind of vehicle they would send directly to auction or to a wholesaler, but they did it to save me the trouble of driving my old vehicle back across the state. I was amazed at that. They also beat what I thought was an unbeatable interest rate on financing I had obtained on my own. Bottom line: I've bought numerous cars over the years and this was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I've ever had. David, Blair White and even the finance manager were all terrific (I've never had nice things to say about the finance managers at other dealerships). If possible I will be taking my car back to VW of Naples for scheduled service, in spite of the lengthy drive to and from the dealership. And I love the car! More

Kyle did a great job with me. His professionalism was excellent in that he was more interested in finding out what I wanted rather than trying to sell me what he wanted. After looking around for quite a while, I narrowed my search to an Audi at VW of Naples. I had quite a few reservations about buying a car from 400 miles away and having it shipped to me. The combination of these two, with thier professionalism, enthusiasm, and the attention given to answer all of my questions, the entire purchase experience went flawlessly. I would highly recommend VW of Naples for anyone looking to purchase a new or certified pre-owned automobile. Sure you can save a couple grand buying from a private seller or from a low-market dealer... but from my experience, you cannot put a price on great service and customer satisfaction. More
