We were welcomed immediately by Mr. Armand Lopes. His professional manner and easy going style put me at rest instantly. I told him I was interested in a Jetta, an even trade for a Jeep, as my daughter needed a more practical and fuel efficient vehicle for college. His knowledge of the vehicle, his knowledge of the certified vehicle program, combined with his genuin trusting presence sold me. We left with the perfect pre-loved Jetta, a 2009, loaded with all the good stuff, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The manager, Mr. Blair White, was equally professional and engaging with my needs and concerns. His knowledge and experience, combined with a genuine desire to satisfy my needs in an honest and fair manner, sealed the deal. The whole place, including the Audi dealer, as I have an Audi I have serviced here since relocating to Naples, is a hybrid of the highest professionalism with a laid back, no pressure atmosphere that sets the bar for all the rest. My husband and I were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey and a friend of ours suggested that we take a look at the Volkswagon Routan before we make a decision. We were greeted by Armand Lopes, our salesperson, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the features of the Routan fully. We decided to take it for a test drive. We were very impressed. We told Armand that we had a little more shopping to do before we would make a decision. He was very respectful of that, not the typical overly aggressive salesperson (which would make me NOT return to the dealership). I believe he knew that the price and quality of the Routan would bring us back. He was right. He followed up with us the following week. When we made an offer on the Routan, the Business Manager, Ted Daly, was brought into the negotiation process. He was excellent to deal with as well. We believe we got a terrific deal and, therefore, had some money left to purchase an extended warranty. Filling out the final paperwork with Ted was a delight. In addition to his efficiency, he was so personable, he made us feel like we had known him for years. He gave us a very positive sense of the management team at Volkswagon of Naples. We love our Routan and feel confident that we made a great decision. We live four hours from Naples, but I can definitely say that because of the extraordinary experience we had at Volkswagon of Naples, when we are in the market for another Volkswagon or Audi, we will definitely return!
