My process began with the attempt for me to purchase a vehicle from my own sister company VW dealership, after a lot of stressful back and forth and seeing that my own company wasn't willing to budge on the price I had almost given up completely, and then like some miracle from above I met Erin thru the Internet, a person that was so pleasant, so patient, so knowledgeable and made me feel like that she was only there to for me to help me along the process. It was so hard to believe that even when we were negotiating the price I had her send it to me in writing because I couldn't believe it was to be accurate. She made my entire process an extremely enjoyable process, I drove two hours to pick up the vehicle from her dealership and met the GM Blair who was also very pleasant and accommodating, but Erin shined above every one and made sure that my family was happy during our visit. Walked into the dealership just to see what the '13 Jetta looked like because my current lease ends in January. Erin was very personable and I mentioned that, when leasing my Jetta, I fell in love with the C looked like because my current lease ends in January. Erin was very personable and I mentioned that, when leasing my Jetta, I fell in love with the CC Sport but, at that time, it was out of my price range. Well, Erin smiled and said "it so happens that we currently are having a special promotion on the CC and I believe I can get it for you at a price comparable to what you are paying now". I was not yet shopping for a new lease, but I sat and listened. I had gotten an extremely good deal with my Jetta's lease so I asked for the same terms, or I would not be interested. As unytielding as I was, Erin was just as persistent about getting me the deal that would satisfy me. After approximately 4 hours, she and her manager, Chuck, worked the figures so I left the dealership with my new CC Sport, the car I wanted all along. Erin was pleasant, friendly and not a high-pressured "used car salesman" which would have caused me to walk out the front door. This was a great experience. More
