In December,2010 I began considering buying a Volkswagen CC. In May, 2011, I went to the two closest dealerships in Southwest Florida. Granted that I did not get the original color or interior due to shortages, tsunami and quality control issues at the port of entry in the United States and the sales process took nearly 4 months. But, due to the friendly persistence of the sales force at Volkswagen of Naples an acceptable car was located. I am pleased with the professionalism and personal attention exhibited by my salesman and the suppport staff at Volkswagen of Naples. More
