My husband went to look at option the night before at the dealership. The dealership was closed and the salesman was on his way home but noticed my husband. A couple of months ago I purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership. I must tell you that the last thing on my mind was purchasing a car. My husband's car decided to die, I was in the middle of a huge com dealership. I must tell you that the last thing on my mind was purchasing a car. I had a friend who owned a Jetta and was pleased so I started there. My husband and I decided to stop in on a Sunday about one hour before the dealership closed. Michal Pierne was the sales person that assisted us. He did not hover over us but made himself available when we began asking questions. Although the car was used we were made to feel as though we were purchasing a new luxury car. I could tell by Michael's enthusiasm that he truly believed the Jetta was all it was advertised to be. We took the car Sunday night and brought it back on Monday to purchase and sign the papers. All in all it was the best experience I have had purchasing a car. There were a few minor issues that Michael took care of for us after we purchased the car such as the light in the mirror needed replacing etc. Again, a great experience. I apologise in sending this in so late - as I mentioned I have been extremely busy however I could not miss out on an opportunity to thank someone for true customer service... you don't see it everyday. Everybody was very patient with me. Great experience, Every member of staff that spoke to us was friendly and polite. We did not feel under pressure to decide on the model/color there and then, infact we made three or four return visits to Ky was friendly and polite. I am sure Kyle got frustrated our indecisiveness, but he never showed it, he gave us very helpful advice, was very friendly. Once the deal was made, he went over every aspect of the car, taking his time to show exactly how every thing worked. This was very much appreciated.
