The sales rep named mike came out to help me and he took the time to help me find a car that was perfect for me and that i could afford. He definitely went the extra mile. The dealership had even been closed for about an hour but they still stayed to help me. Well that same day i found the perfect car and the next day i returned and bought the car. At one point I waited 3 hours for a young lady to call me back with a lease price..... Frustrated and angry I called Naples and was lucky to get Don on the phone. He listened to my wishes, matched me with a great BUG and guided me through the entire leasing process. I made a friend and got a new car!
