My experience with Audi Naples was excellent. My sales associate, Kyle Harsh, was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I have bought many cars and in many states inclduing San Francisco, Boston, Dallas and by far Naples Audi was the best experience. In the last 6 months I have purchased 2 cars from Audi/Naples and I would return to purchase the next as well. Great experience, Every member of staff that spoke to us was friendly and polite. We did not feel under pressure to decide on the model/color there and then, infact we made three or four return visits to Ky was friendly and polite. I am sure Kyle got frustrated our indecisiveness, but he never showed it, he gave us very helpful advice, was very friendly. Once the deal was made, he went over every aspect of the car, taking his time to show exactly how every thing worked. This was very much appreciated. This is my 6th Audi. I didn't even look at other makes. The last time I bought an Audi in FL (2001)I went to Bonita because people at Audi Naples were so indifferent. But after some good experiences in their service depatment, I visited the showroom. This time it was completely different. John Perkins and Troy Head were outstanding, helpful and responsive to my particular needs/concerns. I wound up ordering a car and am having it shipped to my summer home next week. My only suggestion for improvement is that when I arrived for my appointment to pick up the car, it wasn't ready. This caused me to miss an appointment with my trainer, whose cancellation policy is night before, so I had to pay for it-$75. The negative part of my experience at Audi Naples was in the Finance Dept. Mr Rodriguez was not forthright in explaining extended warranties. He showed me a paper and asked which of the 4 choices I wanted. That seemed sort of tricky, since I wanted none. By the 4th time I told him I wanted none, it was annoying. Then he said "Suppose I keep your payment the same and 'give' you paint and leather coverage." That seemed strange. I said that if he had something to "give" me, how about some $$$? In the end, for a reason I still don't understand, my projected payment ended up $14 per month lower...almost $700. The whole experience was out of character with everything that had happened up until that point. I think it was unethical, possibly more. More

Dave was knowledge and extremely attentive. Dave was able to answer all of our questions and made certain we were always comfortable.
