While on the road trip, we called ahead and scheduled a routine service with University Audi, Seattle, WA. The dealer was on time, very efficient, and again very pleasant and service oriented. We love our Audi A4 Convertible--so do our kids and grandkids. It's fun to be retirees in Florida with our A4! More
