I had my Atlas in for service. I was very pleased that they were able to get me in the same day I called. However, I was very concerned that my car was going to be done the day the I was very pleased that they were able to get me in the same day I called. It took five phone calls, and five hours before I received information whether my car was going to be ready on the day promised . Eventually the car was finished on the date promised, and was washed. I would’ve given the dealer five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that it took me five hours to get a reply from my service representative. More
