Had a totally dead battery that AAA couldn't replace. They started my Passat, but said not to turn the engine off as I couldn't restart it. He had my battery replaced, two tires replaced and 4-wheel alignment all completed in less than two hours. I will ask for him again. He was courteous, professional and highly competent.
