My daughter bought a new 2022 VW Tiguan from this dealership. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This suv has had 5 major issues since it was purchased. 3 ac issues ac compressor, expan dealership. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This suv has had 5 major issues since it was purchased. 3 ac issues ac compressor, expansion valve and now evaporator core. Starter has also been replaced. No loaner cars. Absolutely ridiculous, less than 10000 miles on vehicle. No ac and can't even get her in service until August. This is Florida. No ac with a toddler. Will never buy a Volkswagen and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.. Was told to try another dealership went to another dealership. Called Steven at this dealership to let him know the problem now can't help because we went another dealership. No loaner. Nothing. Disgusted to say the least! More

What started off as a great experience with buying a used car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title f car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title for the vehicle. My original temporary tag provided expired so I had to call and get another one from them with the promise this would be resolved. Well still no resolution, the Finance department won't return my calls and my second temporary tag will be expiring soon. The DMV office recommended to report this to first the Department of Motor Services and next to the Attorney General which is in process now. Unfortunate because sales staff was great. I would be weary and ask for proof of title or other means if you decide to look to shop at Volkswagen of New Port Richey. More

Had a totally dead battery that AAA couldn't replace. They started my Passat, but said not to turn the engine off as I couldn't restart it. He had my battery replaced, two tires replaced and 4-wheel alignment all completed in less than two hours. I will ask for him again. He was courteous, professional and highly competent. Additionally, the technicians did an excellent jog, as well. More
