The Dealership can use a makeover, but the service was more the outstanding. I was approved and ready to sign with Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel FL for a SEL @ 50k with Silver Rims. I really wanted all Black Rims, but they were charging me $1500. Volkswagen of North Tampa contacted me before I left my home and gave me an SEL @ 48k with Black Rims. They literally took the rims off another Atlas and put them on the one I was getting. All White Atlas SEL with Black Tint and Black Rims. They also gave me a better rate which means a better monthly payment. More

I enjoyed the effort and Grant was great. But I give it a 3 because I bought the car and was told it needed work which is fine. But then they gave me 3 days where it “may be done”. My service appointment was managed by Joshua Anderson and he was always available for questions and very professional. I loved getting videos of what servicing was being done on my car and how it was being r he was always available for questions and very professional. I loved getting videos of what servicing was being done on my car and how it was being repaired. The servicing technician who recorded the videos and repaired the car was Tristan Mieras and he was very knowledgeable and detailed. In the past, I have not loved being involved in car matters. I feel I have been talked down to as a woman. This was NOT the case here at VW. I would highly recommend the servicing department for their professionalism, courtesy, and respect. More
