I called this dealership before driving out to look at a 2012 beetle and the staff was so friendly over the phone I decided to make the drive from Indiana. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and they worked with me until I was comfortable with the price of my car. Not only that, but the staff stayed after the dealership closed to send me home with my new car that night ! Moe Zayyad was the original salesman who helped me and he was wonderful! I was very happy with the service department. When calling in, they were very professional, took their time and asked questions. They made sure that I understood what needed to be done. After contacting their respective internet departments and soliciting quotes from about 8 dealers in the area, I selected Mike Haggerty. Josh gave me a call following my email with a very straight forward quote that beat all of the others. I drove out later that day. Dave greeted me at the door; we selected a vehicle and took a test drive. Rocco helped me with my trade-in. He worked with me to make sure that I got the value I needed for it. Moe in finance confirmed all of the numbers with me and finalized the deal; no last minute “nibbles” or "bait and switch" tactics. I will continue to do business with these guys because they were honest about what they could do, what they couldn’t, and why. Everything was open book and it felt like we were on the same team trying to work the deal. At the end of the day, I drove away in the car I wanted, with more options than I had originally planned, for less than the other dealers in the area quoted me for the base model. More
