They are very slow and unprofessional each time they promise something they don’t deliver it ! I wait way longer than they say I will ! I bought a 2025 VW Tiguan R Line in September. I have had nothing but issues with it. When I contact the dealership, they either tell me they don't know the issue because the car is a new model or I have had nothing but issues with it. When I contact the dealership, they either tell me they don't know the issue because the car is a new model or I need to bring it in. I took a day off work and brought it in when I had a big enough list of issues. They had the car all day and was unable to fix any of the issues. I was told everything was working fine. I think I was sold a lemon. More
