I called service before I came to make sure I could drop my car off. When I arrived at the dealership coincidentally the same person I spoke to over the phone was the person who greeted me when I entered th my car off. When I arrived at the dealership coincidentally the same person I spoke to over the phone was the person who greeted me when I entered the garage. He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Garland on January 3rd. I just remembered his name. I was recently there last week to drop off my car for the repair and that's the gentleman that I can't remember the name of. Please forgive me for getting my service techs mixed up. But both of those guys are fantastic. More
