Matt was very professional/knowledgeable and also patient. Matt took as much time as I needed to understand. We worked together very respectfully. I then finished my deal with Moe Atef. I also found the same experiences from Moe. Throughout the buying experience I was never pressured. I was treated very respectfully and with courtesy. All of the guys are an asset to the dealership. We love VW of Orland Park. Avaldo was great!! He took the time and explained everything that our SUV needed and called the next day when it was ready. When I picked up my SUV t Avaldo was great!!
