My experience with Robert was great. I came in a week before and had issues with water leaking on my passenger side floor... he advised that it could be the windshield not aligned proper I came in a week before and had issues with water leaking on my passenger side floor... he advised that it could be the windshield not aligned properly.. and because I had my windshield replaced with an off Brand they wouldn't be able to do it without charging me labor. Not going to lie I was a little rough with him (as anyone would be when they are told that they had to spend money) However I went and had it fixed.. and the problem stopped. He also advised me that it was time for my 50,000 mile maintenance on my vehicle.. I thought he was trying to just make me spend money and give me a hard time... I researched the maintenance and decided to get it done. He was very kind throughout the process and took care of me. He remained professional and dealt with my panicking attitude.
