Mitch, kevin and Alex said one thing and did a flip flop. Pretending to be fair but took funds out of mine account without my permission and without calling me.causing my an minor finacial crisis. They were able to get my title as i promise and I did everything that I agreed to . I believe they saw an RN of over 35years and took advantage. I am still processing the damage that they caused my contract was signed on the3/ 24 which was a month today my first payment is due today but they caused a hardship for me ..thank God I was able to do some overtime and raise funds. By may 1. Which is 7 days from day i can be ready, which I told them and it too when on deaf ears. This purchase was a birthday gift to me (3/23) I wouldn't never did it if I knew this crew would sabotage me like this i drove in a well working paid Audi 2015. The problem still isnt fixed. I left the car there all day and 30 mins after leaving the service light came back on. Total Cost for Recommended Services was estimated at more than $560. I asked the person filling out the paperwork (receiving rep) to help me determine what needed to be done right now vs. what could be postp than $560. I asked the person filling out the paperwork (receiving rep) to help me determine what needed to be done right now vs. what could be postponed for a month or two in order to reduce the cost. At this point, he became agitated with me and told me that VW would not 'certify' the maintenance on the vehicle unless all the work was done during this visit. I ended up having to tell the rep that I had recently been laid off and was not expecting this service to cost that much. I finally got him to tell the costs of the ala carte services. I choose $270 worth of services and said I would come back in a month of so for the rest of the work. I asked the rep to make a note of what still needed to be done. He rudely referred to the original estimate and said 'it's all there'. The rep still had to make a point of again telling me that 'VW would not certify that the work had been done because I was not having all of the work done at the same time'. I was shocked at how rudely I was treated and how to unprofessional the representative acted. More

I went back to the dealership where I bought my last car because I had such a great experience. Same this time. Mike approached us when we were looking at cars on the lot, shared information, took a test dr because I had such a great experience. Same this time.
