I got my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day my warning light came on saying no wiper fluid. They didn't fill all my fluids up, I could be wrong but, I was under the impre rotation. The next day my warning light came on saying no wiper fluid. The experience was horrible. Service repairs took way too long. There was a complete lack of communication from staff about issues of the vehicle(which is ONLY two years old). I wish the salesman we worked with knew the car better and had been more able to show us the features of the car. I did a lot of research on my own and I figured out a lot of things after purchase that sh and had been more able to show us the features of the car. I did a lot of research on my own and I figured out a lot of things after purchase that should have been shown to me. I had come in basically saying 'sell me on this car, tell me why I should want it,' and he kind of fell flat on that aspect. The inside of my car was also not properly detailed before I took the car home. They didn't even tell us the front license plate was in the glove compartment. We are comfortable with the deal that was made and the financing experience was fine. More
