I came in for low tire pressure, the air valve was replaced, the same day low tire pressure alert came back on my council. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in to be serviced for an engine cover recall only to not have the issue addressed. Also, I pointed out that my vehicle had not been holding fuel, was sputt be serviced for an engine cover recall only to not have the issue addressed. Also, I pointed out that my vehicle had not been holding fuel, was sputtering and stalling- I was told that because there weren't any hard censors tripped it wasn't an issue. However, I take my safety and my children's safety very seriously so riding in a vehicle with potential issues not being addressed doesn't sit well with me. Finally, I was given a diagnostic report in black and white ink so I don't even know what other issues need to be addressed now or in the near future. Again- I raised this and asked for a color copy to be sent to me and I never received it. I will NOT be returning to this location to have my vehicle serviced. I'd rather drive an hour to Bensenville. More
