I received excellent customer service from Kelly when my 2015 VW Golf GTI alarmingly displayed every warning light while I was on the highway. I had the car towed in. Since this happened on a Saturday, Kelly thoroughly outlined time expectations and the inspection/ repair process so there were no surprises. During the time my car was in the shop he kept me briefed with updates. To my delight my car was ready a day early and Kelly again outlined exactly what had been done and explained the warranty. . As a senior and a woman traveling cross country solo from Virginia to Seattle in a heavily loaded vehicle with a dog and two cats, I needed some extra care which Kelly afforded. He provided a car and driver (Aaron) to take me and my bags/pets to the Hampton Inn. A shout out to Aaron too. Aaron cheerfully brought everything up to my room. I did a google review He was rude 5 stars to buy a car but for service Zero stars if i could. The service guy Gerarrado is the worst!! He talks to you with such arrogance. He tried telling me after my 2hr service that my valve caps were stuck to my tires and corroded (okay fine) he tried to take them off because they have lines of pressure on the caps. Next day i roll out of my driveway to go to work and my car alerts “check all tire pressure” immediately called Gerrardo and looked at my tires. My back right tire had no valve cap on it and there was a screw at the top of my tire. I call to tell him and tell him its ironic you tell me my valve caps are stuck and now im getting this alert on my car. He had the audacity to tell me “well coincidences happen” oh and hot and cold weather cause the tire pressure to change. I told him all summer and winter long i drove and not one alert about tire pressure was popping up in my car. His pompous behavior and attitude need to be called out for. Id rather drive to xxxx to get my car checked then to go to orland park to service my car. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Update: it only cost me $9 to replace my valve stems when i was quoted over $350 to replace them at VW. More

Trying to say my battery was dead. Left it dead when I picked it up. Used my own jump start to get it going to leave. What common courtesy is that showing? Used the jumpstart once and never needed it again. Battery was fine and had the place I purchased check it out. Trying to charge a woman 8 grand to fix the issues with my car with only 90k. Telling me I need to completely change it. Gave me wrong information and I could go on. I'm taking it to the original dealer. They aren't screwing me over. So sad More
