As a first-time Volkswagen owner, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and consistently failed to return phone calls or respon disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and consistently failed to return phone calls or respond to emails regarding my concerns. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that shows such a complete lack of follow-up after a purchase. Their disregard and disrespect toward customers is unacceptable.
