The experience with Volkswagen staff has been incredibly disappointing. Once the sale is made, their attitude shifts completely. They become arrogant, rude, and dismissive—acting as if answering a simple qu disappointing. Once the sale is made, their attitude shifts completely. They become arrogant, rude, and dismissive—acting as if answering a simple question is beneath them. There’s a clear lack of respect or interest in helping you once you’re already a Volkswagen owner. The cockiness and unprofessionalism from the staff are shocking, especially considering how friendly and helpful they are before the purchase. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic change in treatment the moment they no longer need to win you over. More
