10K miles service took way too long, at the end was given someone else’s recommendations, and the service manager tried to convince me that my car breaks were half worn after only 9k. Did not want to listen someone else’s recommendations, and the service manager tried to convince me that my car breaks were half worn after only 9k. Did not want to listen to my shock that this happens this quickly and said something like, that’s normal for VW to wear pads on the rear.
