We will not be returning for service due to your service employee, Geraldo. I had been in sales for 20 years and have now managed my own business for another 25 and never raised my voice to a customer like employee, Geraldo. Had an early morning appointment and was told it be hours before they could look at my vehicle. Then they stated that would not be able to make any repairs to the gas tank door because they likely wouldn’t h before they could look at my vehicle.
