I own two Volkswagens. While I love my vehicles, I may not have purchased the second one had it not been for John Paul being in the service department. I have joked with him that should he leave this dealer and work for Audi, I would buy one of those and follow him there. The overall experience at Autobarn has always been pleasant. The waiting room is always neat and inviting. I actually do not mind hanging out there, strange as that may sound. They have a great complementary coffee machine, fruit selection and water. There is also a nice beverage vending machine as well as a snack machine. I have also become a frequent shopper in the parts and accessory store. It is well stocked and maintained. I appreciate the "no pressure" approach of all the staff. John Paul always gets me out in a timely fashion and keeps me informed of the progress along the way. I do not need a new vehicle in the near future, but when I do, if John Paul is there, Autobarn gets my sale. More

I have visited this dealership several times for immediate service, such a a burned out headlight. Each time I've needed service I've been able to make an appointment for immediate attention. I think that CK's customer service attitude and professionalism are outstanding. He's friendly and takes the time to explain what will be done and how long the service will take. When the car is ready he explains any unusual problems or circumstances encountered and thoroughly goes over the billing. In fact, I have found everyone at the dealership to be very professional, friendly and helpful. More

To top it all off, the car was washed and cleaned- something unheard of, from the dealership, where I bought the car (Pipkin's VW in Valdosta, GA- they enjoy leaving greasy fingerprints on the car, instead). In addition, the price for the services (oil change, perform recall svc on air bags*, & chk coolant) was lower than Pipkin's (more services for less cost = happy customer). I'm very glad I chose Autobarn and look forward to doing business again, in the future. *: I wasn't aware of the recall on the airbags, as Pipkin's VW in Valdosta, GA failed to inform me of any such recall.
