I was very indecisive about if I wanted to keep my old VW which I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Raffi during my visit to the dealership. I was very indecisive about if I wanted to keep my old VW which was having major issues and was out of warranty or to get into a new vehicle. It took me a couple hours to decide and throughout those two hours I had never imagined the patience these two had with me. Once I made the decision in which I did purchase the vehicle they were more than helpful and pleasant. I have already recommended this dealership as well as who to deal with when going in. Thank you for helping me make up my mind and helping me into my new Jetta. More

Best experience purchasing a new car ever! Chris Krause was my salesperson. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met Chris, it was an exciting adventure into Beetles, turbo, and the thrill of power under foot. Chris is not only personable but also knowledgeable. I had done my research on line, and my questions and concerns were more than adequately answered. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming, and I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Chris to anyone. Vive la Volkswagen! BEWARE, terrible service, NOT worth the "deal" I had a terrible experience from the most horrible customer service I've ever received. My fiance and I own 6 companies and would never allow employee I had a terrible experience from the most horrible customer service I've ever received. My fiance and I own 6 companies and would never allow employees to treat a customer like this. I would be ashamed to be the owners of this dealership. I found a "good deal" on the exact car I had been searching for at this dealership and the only positive experience I had throughout the entire deal was the initial phone call with Zoltan. This was a 2 year old pre-certified, pre-owned vehicle with less than 36,000 miles (so it was still under the manufacturers warranty). He was personable and eager to help. Zoltan passed me onto Robert to finalize the sale and everything was a mess from there. I asked Robert to go outside and examine the vehicle very closely and let me know of ANY scratches, dents, ect. He said there only a few minor scratches. When I then agreed to buy the vehicle, I had told Robert that I only wanted my credit checked by one entity and if I didn't receive a reasonable financing offer then I would continue with my own credit union who had already secured financing for me. Robert and Adam did not communicate with each other and the next thing I knew they had hit my credit 9 times to try to find the best financing offer. That looks poorly on my report for the next 3 years and I had specifically asked them not to do that, now I'm stuck with it. When finalizing the purchase price of the vehicle, they would not budge on the internet advertised price and also added on top of that their expensive "service package" which they stated they HAVE to sell with every vehicle even though I would never be returning to that dealership to use it. I was flying from another state to buy the car which had been on their lot for over 3 months and they acted like they were doing me a favor the entire time. They never answered or returned phone calls on time and I only had one day available to fly down and pick up the vehicle. They had promised they would pick me up from the airport (as they do often with many customers) and when I boarded my plane I sent a text message confirming what time I would land as they asked me to do, it wasn't until then that they notified me that no one would be available to pick me up. I had to cover an over $50 cab ride which they did end up reimbursing me for but the least they could have done at that point was come out to the cab when I arrived at the dealership to welcome me and pay for it. I walked into the dealership and saw a couple of employees standing in a circle talking to each other. I wasn't greeted by anyone, I had to ask where my salesmans office was. When they took me out to the car, it had a very large dent under the rocker panel that no one informed me of even after I had asked them on the phone to tell me about any damages to the car. The dent was extremely noticeable and when I pointed it out their response (from the manager) was something along the lines: "you must be very meticulous when looking at cars, we should hire you". EXCUSE ME? You all work at a car dealership, you SELL CARS. THIS IS YOUR JOB. They refused to take anything off the price at this point even though it would be hundreds of dollars for me to get that part replaced. If the dent begins to rust, it will not be covered on my rust warranty and I will be responsible to pay to fix it. When I finally was able to have them take a measly $100 off the car for all these troubles, I looked at the sales receipt and saw that the $100 they took off the purchase price ended up in an increase in $100 for something else on the receipt! They simply moved the $100 around and thought I wouldn't notice! Talk about sleazy salesmen. At this point, I complained once again and they said it was a "mistake" and sticky fingers must have caused them to type something wrong in the wrong box. The manager came in SCREAMING at me. Telling me how this is "the greatest family owned dealership" and basically that my opinion of them doesn't matter because they have hundreds of great opinions online. The management was the worst part about the entire experience. It doesn't stop there, I got in the car to take it home, very upset at this point, and there weren't any floor mats installed (even though it comes with floor mats). It was dirty, crumbs everywhere inside. They gave me floor mats and sent me on my way. As I was leaving the car dealership I pressed the satellite radio button and I received an error message on my radio saying "satellite radio not functional". I assumed this was because I hadn't set up the XM account yet. Once I drove 9 hours home I tried to set up the XM account and XM told me that there was something wrong with the radio and it wasn't on their end, it must be replaced by the dealership. Remember that this is a 2 year old vehicle with less than 36,000 miles and was supposedly checked over to be certified by VW. I didn't hear from the dealership for weeks. I finally called them the DAY BEFORE my temporary licence plate expired and they had to scramble to find my title and plate which did not arrive until AFTER my temporary expired. I paid them a very large fee (as does everyone else) to assure plate and title are done CORRECTLY and ON TIME. Once I received the plate and title from them, the plate was sent without any padding in the envelope and was bent in so many places I couldn't even put it on my car. The title had the wrong county filled out on it (a county 500 miles away from my address). I then had to waste my own time going back to the secretary of state to fix all their mistakes. Once I finally had the opportunity to go back to Chicago to have someone look at my radio, they confirmed it was broken and needed to be replaced under warranty. They submitted the paperwork to VW and the radio was sent to a closer dealership about 3 hours from me in MI. At the point when the radio was delivered to the dealership and I drove to get it replaced, I was over 36,000 miles (but remember I drove off the lot, under 36,000, with the radio broken and had the service request for the radio put in when I was under 36,000) and I had to pay a fee for my warranty service since I was no longer under 36,000 miles and was on the pre-certified warranty instead of the manufacturers warranty. I would hate to see anyone else treated like this by these employees. Please beware, do not fall for the "great deal", and save yourself time and stress by going somewhere else. More
