Her help and taking the time to show us and explain about the new cars, made my husband decide to buy the car then and we traded in my Passat for a brand new Passat. My experience at this dealership was about as easy as I would imagine buying a car could be. This dealership had many many more options available in the make and model I was looking for (Audi A4) that any would imagine buying a car could be. This dealership had many many more options available in the make and model I was looking for (Audi A4) that any other dealership in the Chicagoland area. When I emailed the dealership with questions and requests before visiting in person they were prompt in their response and provided detailed information upfront. When I visited in person, the sales contact Chris Krause was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at, and personable. I bought a used A4 and I am very happy with it. Chris helped me set up my bluetooth, showed me how to use all of the features in the car and even shared his twizzlers in his office with me. Chris also was very accommodating in helping me get details taken care of including car insurance, and other paperwork. The other people I worked with including Zoltan, Mike, Joe and Vic, were also great. Vic isn't as grumpy as he looks. Overall my experience was fantastic. I will go back to purchase my next car, and I would even bake these guys my home made chocolate chip cookies, which I only do for very special people. More

I was stuck in a bad place walking into the dealership having bought two brand Well I am more than pleased with the purchase of my new 2013 Jetta! I was stuck in a bad place walking into the dealership having bought two brand new cars within the past 3 years that both failed on me( major problems with both). Needless to say I had accumulated some negative equity. James was able to help me out tremendously and get me into a brand new Jetta at a payment that met my budget. I had previously gone to another VW dealership where they could not make it work. I had taken my Jetta this past weekend to Minnesota and couldn’t believe how smooth the drive was and how great the gas mileage was(better than written on the sticker on my car). By far this is a great car and you get a lot for your money. I didn’t feel at anytime pressured into making my purchase either. Overall, amazing experience! More
