It has been about 3 months since I purchased my new 2012 VW Passat. As I started a new job at the time of my purchase my daily commute to work had increased to 120 miles round trip per day. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to commute daily in my new Passat. The ride is smooth, quiet and comfortable, the gas mileage is excellent and I so enjoy the many great internal features, such as, hands free phone, radio w/presets and climate control. Also, I would like to submit a special thanks to both Rich Fulfs and Cliff Nelson who went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Rich couldn't have made my family and I feel more comfortable and informed the day we picked up our new Passat. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in identifying my desired vehicle, and in locating it for me on a timely basis. Cliff thoroughly and expeditiously explained my paperwork and processed it for me quickly as I was pressed for time on the day of my pick up. Further, Cliff personally picked up my vehicle from a southern suburb location and drove it back to the Autobarn of Mt. Prospect just so that I could obtain my vehicle before I started my new job. I purchased a new 2013 Jetta for my 16yr old's birthday! They were amazing, they showed me how safe it was compared to other models as well as helped me surprise her on her birthday with a bow on the car.
