World class experience! I had the best experience at VW Puyallup. The staff was so friendly and super awesome! Roman worked with my boyfriend and I to get me into a new car a I had the best experience at VW Puyallup. The staff was so friendly and super awesome! Roman worked with my boyfriend and I to get me into a new car and I couldn’t be happier with everything! I didn’t feel pressured at all and it was really relaxing. Fantastic dealership Puyallup Volkswagon was beyong amazing! They helped me get the exact car I wanted & trust me it was not easy!! Although we bought a used Toyota, Cody was helpful over the phone, as we live 300 miles away from the dealership. On the morning we arrived, Cody was there early, ready to help us. That was nice. The purchase process was pain free, and we are happy with the vehicle we bought. My one gripe is that the vehicle was not detailed as described, and I had to put a few hours of cleaning in when we got home. Other than that, we would shop there again if they had what we were looking for. More

I went into the dealership having issues with my 02' Volkswagen Passat Wagon and expressed my wish of possibly wanting to trade and these guys set me up with a salesman to go over possible options with of all I wishes in the perfect vehicle. Not only was I shown vehicles that tailored my likes and wants but also met my financial expectation. The Volkswagen of puyallup team was great during the whole process of my purchase and made it stress free and easy. I am now a happy owner of a 2012 TDI Jetta with the help of this team. More

Bjorn was great to deal with as were Says and Chuck. They made the car buying experience virtually painless. Although I did only intend on taking a test drive of a CC to get the $25 Walmart gift card they were offering and ended up buying a 2015 Jetta GLI! The car was just what I was looking for, even though I didn't realize it when I entered the showroom. There was no pressure to change or buy, just finding out what I wanted in a car and putting me into it. I HIGHLY recommend VW of Puyallup to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car. More

Their customer service at Puyallup VW is worlds better than the other place. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I've always been able to get a service appt whenever I wanted and they are always quick & efficient with service as well. I also just bought a new Car at VW Puyallup. Their prices were better than ANY dealer in WA and the process was so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend VW of Puyallup to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
