Even though I purchased the used TAOS from the Armstrong VW Dealer in Gladstone OR. He and David Quarles were very welcoming. The selling dealership over filled the oil by one quart. Always organized, helpful, and courteous. Dave has been my go-to guy from the beginning. He tells me what I need to have done--and what I don't. Poor. Jetta was in the shop for 6 full days for transmission service, coolant service and diagnostics.
