By far the most enjoyable buying experience I’ve ever had My engine blew on my car 3 days before Christmas and I had to get another. I was not looking forward to the experience. Last time my husband and I wen My engine blew on my car 3 days before Christmas and I had to get another. I was not looking forward to the experience. Last time my husband and I went car shopping we went from one car lot to another and spent all day looking until we found one. That was just the car lots. That does not include the time spent looking online as well. I was dreading car shopping because I just don’t have the time to waste jumping around looking for a car as I work and go to school full time. My time is precious and Clovis at this dealership understood 100%. Do you know I purchased my car and negotiated price all via text prior to walking in??? I found what I wanted, a hard top convertible, with all the conditions I was looking for- car had to be 5 yrs or less, back up camera, without cloth seats because kids ruined the interior of my last car, and the beat part- a price I could afford!!! Bonus is that it was a hard top convertible- which has been my dream to own- and I didn’t think I would be able to get one and another bonus- came with a navigation system!! I have never owned such a nice car before and was in tears ( happy ones) before I even got to the dealership for my test drive at the idea of what was about to transpire. Clovis was amazing to work with and when I told him I just want to be in and out and don’t want to spend hours at the dealership- let’s face it- it’s boring. He made sure all the paperwork was ready, explained everything via text, and just as promised - We came in, test drove, and signed all the paperwork and were out the door. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I recommend this dealership for the convenience- don’t do carvana- they upcharge and after checking Kelly blue boo they were consistently higher priced than what car was worth. Go to vw instead for the same experience but the ability to talk with someone actually located at the spot you are purchasing from!! Chris, the finance manager, was also a breeze to work with. Again, I cannot stress this enough, I just don’t have time to devote countless hours getting a car. It’s why I put it off for so long! If I had known the experience I would have with Clovis and how accommodating he would be I wouldn’t have dragged my feet for so long but actually I’m glad I did as I am now a proud owner of a VW Eos Executive top of the line car that was sold to me within the value listed on kelly’s Blue book- thank you Clovis for everything and for your professionalism. Thank you Chris for understanding I was so excited that I wasn’t absorbing what you were telling me and for taking the time to explain, in detail, and ensuring I knew what my terms were and that out of my husband and myself- at least one of us knew- and making the process of signing my life away for x amount of years enjoyable. This whole experience exceed my expectations and I’m thrilled to pieces with my purchase. Thank you again to both of you. You two are amazing!!!! More

Service I have a Volkswagon Tiguan and noticed there was a coolant leak. I took it in to the dealership expecting to wait all day for it to be fixed and to pa I have a Volkswagon Tiguan and noticed there was a coolant leak. I took it in to the dealership expecting to wait all day for it to be fixed and to pay an arm and leg. I worked with Charles and he was friendly and kept me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle. After waiting about 30 minutes, they knew exactly what the issue was, that it would be covered under the power train warranty, and that it would take an extra day to fix it. So they put me in a rental vehicle at no charge to me and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day instead of waiting on my vehicle. They went above and beyond and also took care of an oil change for me. No cost and great, friendly service! More
