Volkswagen of South Charlotte

I brought my VW Beetle in early yesterday morning as I had a front light go out over the weekend. I did not have an appointment, but the service writer (I am sorry, but did not catch his name)got my car had a front light go out over the weekend. When I got to work in uptown Charlotte, I realized that I left my lunch bag at the dealership, which not only contained my lunch, but my diabetes test kit. I called the dealership just to ask that they put my lunch bag away so that I could stop by after work to pick it up. But they went one better and delivered my lunch box to me at work! I just couldn't believe the excellent customer service and how the service people went above and beyond! I am sold on VW of South Charlotte!! Thank you, C. Congelli More

I contacted several dealerships by email to obtain pricing. VW South Charlotte were very quick to reply taking ~24 hours and immediately gave me the information I needed. Many of the others that replied took significantly longer and never gave me the requested info ('call into our dealership and we can talk about it.....') The price was competitive from the outset and they were able to find me the ideal vehicle. At no time did I feel under pressure and at all times they were professional and courteous. I rated them a '4' for quality of work only because I haven't had my car long enough to have it serviced. I recommend this dealership and specifically Cal Wilden in internet sales to anyone considering buying a VW. More

As a former auto sales rep myself AND a committed car fanatic, I am a very harsh critic of car dealers. They very rarely prove to meet my expectations and seldom earn my recommendation to others. VW of South Charlotte and sales rep Clovis Brussi in particular have proven to be that rare exception. I truly appreciate the positive approach and enthusiasm for the product that Clovis provides. He is a true Car Nut himself, and knows his product line better then any sales rep I have dealt with. He follows-up well and really cares about his customers. This dealership is constantly busy for a reason - it is THE PLACE to buy a Volkswagen in Charlotte, NC!! More
