My husband and I just recently moved to Charlotte and he and his dad are valued customers of VW. I knew with my next car I wanted to get into a VW. My lease was going to be up so I called VW of South Charlo and his dad are valued customers of VW. I knew with my next car I wanted to get into a VW. My lease was going to be up so I called VW of South Charlotte during COVID and John was exceptional to work with over the phone. A week later my husband and I walked into the dealership and I came out with my new car. VW of South Charlotte definitely went above and beyond for me-especially John. John and Patrick were super patient with me and all my questions. Chris even went out of his way to assist me with non-finance needs. I will definitely be back for servicing my vehicle. More

Another Spectacular Experience Hands down, VW of South Charlotte is my go-to car dealership for service. I came in for a vehicle safety inspection. Service Advisor Brandon Hodson gr Hands down, VW of South Charlotte is my go-to car dealership for service. I came in for a vehicle safety inspection. Service Advisor Brandon Hodson greeted me in such a pleasant way, making me feel like Family. He was attentive, answered all my questions and took GREAT care of me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I’ve dealt with Brandon before and he ALWAYS delivers EXCEPTIONAL customer service, raising the bar! And, amidst COVID-19, it was good to see some tactical changes at the dealership such as cleaning frequently touched areas and turning paper and pen into taps and clicks with a digital receipt. I never thought I would recommend a car dealer. VW of South Charlotte does great work at very reasonable prices. There is not any reason for people not to go to the service department. For example VW of South Charlotte does great work at very reasonable prices. There is not any reason for people not to go to the service department. For example; oil changes are faster and cheaper than buying the oil and filter and doing it myself. There has never been any surprises and there is not any drama. They do perfect work and charge reasonable prices. More
