Mr. Smith, As we stated previously, we are not affiliated with the warranty company "Maxcare" (CarMax) which is the entity holding up your engine repairs, not our dealership. Our dealership is happy to complete the necessary repairs but if you want your 3rd party (non VW) warranty company to pay for it, they are requiring proof that you completed all necessary oil changes. We care about our customers and our reputation and we ask that you please reach out to your warranty company on this matter. Thank you.

I was informed yesterday from Volkswagen Corporate that the work VW of South Charlotte and repetitive repairs for the same thing (oil cooler) is covered by VW for 12 months. Which you, as a VW dealership never discuss. Since you decided to not do the repairs and ask me to pick the car up stating on a voicemail “the car is drivable with some safety concerns” The VW corp office instructed me to hold off on picking up the jetta that you have had since mid April. Happy May 1st! and during this time, I have not had any transportation, or even a rental car.
