After a while, the salesman and my family walked the lot to look at some vehicles. I stumbled across a vehicle that I wanted, price was great. The Sales manager Jim Ferguson, came out and told me that the price sticker was a mistake and was not going to sell the vehicle for that price, he said" People makes mistakes you know, I"m not selling you this vehicle for that price." I said, but its the sticker price and this is the vehicle I want. This man told me, "I don't have to sell you anything" in the rudest tone I have ever heard and WALKED AWAY. I'm having the darnest time understanding how his quote on the website states, THAT HE PRIDES HIMSELF TREATING PEOPLE THE WAY HE WANTS HIMSELF AND HIS FAMILY TREATED"!!!! If this is the way he treats his family, I feel sorry for them. I was the poorest display of customer service I have ever seen, then on the behalf of their mistake.
