I needed service/maintenance on my Touareg. I dealt with two employees from the service department during my encounter. I first spoke with Mark over the phone, he immediately seemed agitated at my service r two employees from the service department during my encounter. My husband mentioned needing some fluid checked on my car along with some water leakage inside my car. Mark, once again, showed his agitation claiming I didn’t mention this over the phone, which I didn’t. I was flustered after speaking with someone who clearly didn’t want to help me so it simply slipped my mind. Nelson called to let me know my car was ready. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. We picked up my car and Nelson was the one who assisted us. He was so helpful and I was grateful. As a mother, graduate student, and a full-time nurse working in the middle of this Covid pandemic, I understand being busy and overwhelmed.
