I was looking for a new XC40 in a specific color/trim that was hard to find, but Annapolis Volvo had just the match. I reached out over email and Bruce responded nearly immediately and made it seamless — that was hard to find, but Annapolis Volvo had just the match. Once I decided to get the car, Christian took over and stayed in touch with me throughout the process — he was super responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions, and went out of his way to help me out on a few unique circumstances I had. When I came from nearly 2 hours out-of-state to pick up the car, Christian had everything ready-to-go, let me inspect the car and point out any areas I wanted extra cleaning on, and then took considerable time to orient me around the car before I drove off. He told me that if any questions come up down the road, to just shoot him a text and he’d help out. Now that’s customer service. Overall, would highly recommend these guys. Totally worth the 2-hour out-of-state trip! More
