I had my serviced for a recall and oil change. I was charged $150 + dollars. Service guy stated they do not give Militarily or Police Discounts. I have been to other volvo dealerships that do offer Mil charged $150 + dollars. Service guy stated they do not give Militarily or Police Discounts. I have been to other volvo dealerships that do offer Militarily and Police Discounts. Your shop is very close to a Navy base and you don't offer any discounts. I will take my vehicle somewhere else that offers Militarily or Police discounts in the future. More
Volvo once again provided superior service and customer satisfaction. My car was delivered on time and running great! The car was washed which is always nice. Christian is a great brand ambassador for Volvo - knowledgeable, personable and just generally easy to work with. The ability to get the paperwork correct was abominable. It came to me with several mistakes. It was returned to the dealership and was sent back to me still with a mistake!! In addition some of the forms were clearly created by the dealership and were tottaly unprofessional. Assuming the dealership manages to sell more than one car a year one would think the forms could be written and printed professionally not by someone who was given 10 minutes to write and make 20 copies in your 2012 HP ink jet printer! Summary, very poor in all aspects of paperwork management especially in careful review of information on the forms before being given to the customer. Obviously very sloppy and it makes one worry what other thing could be wrong. More
