Volvo Cars Annapolis responded

When you bought your car, we owed you a front tag bracket. I asked you to go to a Chevy dealer and get the part and bring the vehicle here for us to install it. We would then reimburse you for the part. Because, you live 39 miles away you had it installed at the Chevy dealer. We paid you for the part and ended up reimbursing you for the labor as a courtesy. Now there is a mechanical problem diagnosed at the Chevy dealer. You chose not to buy our extended warranty. I asked you to bring the vehicle to our dealership for us to inspect and possibly contribute to the repair...again as a courtesy. You declined because we are "over an hour away". We want to help, but you have to help us help you...
