Overall I was very pleased with the entire staff when purchasing my certified used Volvo. The real asset here was the finance guy. He was extremely pleasant and professional in working with me. However, after two week I had a tire issue and got a new free tire but was disappointed that they did not offer to give me a new tire refill canister after I needed to use it. I ended up paying to replace it. All and all I was pleased with the entire Volvo team here in Annapolis and up at Garden State Volvo. More
