The service department was in frequent contact about progress on the repair and helpfully provided a loaner vehicle during the week that it took to get my vehicle ready. My only complaints were that the technician did not go into detail on the nearly four grand of repairs and my vehicle was returned with black streaks on the interior. The team should have exercised more caution or cleaned those marks off before turning it over. More
