We traveled from Southern New Jersey to check on a V60 that the Annapolis Dealership had on its lot. We were greeted by a friendly, courteous sale staff. Great Team Work!! I like coming to this location, the staff is very friendly, Luis is a great man he greet you like family, I have stop by from time to time just to ask I like coming to this location, the staff is very friendly, Luis is a great man he greet you like family, I have stop by from time to time just to ask question about my car, I hear my car sounding different some time and he just let me know that is going on with it. My plug for my phone was not working it was fixed in know time. I just got service done on 3/4/2020, Luis let me know I need brake pad, so I trust him. I have friends that are have with the service as well. Great job team!!! More

I went to Volvo of Annapolis on 1/23 with a pre-approval letter from my bank. Found a car I liked and was told it was Maryland State Inspected (it's the law) and decided to move forward with the purchase. G letter from my bank. Found a car I liked and was told it was Maryland State Inspected (it's the law) and decided to move forward with the purchase. Gave them my down payment and was out the door in under an hour happy as can be! Little did I know.... That instead of running my credit app through MY bank as requested and instructed, Volvo of Annapolis instead shopped my credit through their own sources (2 hard inquiries - NONE with my bank) and I ended up with a loan through Ally Bank at 3% higher than my pre approval with MY bank AND THEN I find out the car Volvo of Annapolis sold me NEVER EVER was Maryland Inspected. Lies!!!! For over a month, Volvo of Annapolis has perpetrated this hoax and put profits over my family's safety and allowed us to drive in a car that may or may not be safe to even be on the road but was happy as can be to take my money. After speaking to Anthony Ferrigine (Sales Manager at Volvo of Annapolis) to try and resolve this illegal mess reasonably, Volvo of Annapolis refuses to do so. Instead of doing the right thing and being accountable they gave me an ultimatum which I refused to accept because I'm not going to be bullied by a car dealership that can't even do their job at their job. The only thing I did wrong was show up at Annapolis Volvo trying to buy a car. Buyer beware. More

This is my 5th Volvo! As someone that drives to Washington, DC often, I need a car that is safe, comfortable and projects a good image.
