Received a beautiful vehicle. Minor flaws. However I was disappointed on the actual task on hand. I wanted a SUV for my dog. A vehicle with an inside covering for the back of my vehicle. However, unsuccessf disappointed on the actual task on hand. I wanted a SUV for my dog. A vehicle with an inside covering for the back of my vehicle. However, unsuccessful. Was given opportunity to make amends, but lost trust since original verbal discussion was misunderstood. Felt as though I had to take care of issue myself. The staff was very nice, but the objective was not met. In addendum: there was a miscommunication about a service appointment, but was "worked in". And I received a loaner that had the exclamation warning light on the dash. It was minimized that it wasn't a "big deal". I however disagree and got upset. There could of been children in the car. awesome experience I came in for a repair of a broken wiper arm, caused by my local car wash.
