Our experience with Volvo Cars Annapolis was exceptionally good. Delivery was very smooth, with financing (at great rates) settled in advance of our appointment and all other paperwork handled quickly and professionally. The product specialist took a lot of time to go over this car's many technology features with us so we felt comfortable with it before leaving the dealership. On top of that, the V60 is beautiful and was delivered in spotless condition. We visited multiple dealerships during our search, including another Volvo dealer, and are very pleased we went with Volvo and Volvo Cars Annapolis. More

I initially made a service appt with Volvo Lindsay in Alexandria. I went and the communication was terrible. The person I spoke to when I made my appt was nice and helpful and listened. Then I went and Kevin was super friendly and gave me feedback on another service my car needed. Explained everything perfectly, and I could tell it wasn't "salesman speech" but that he cared about the health of my car. I decided to wait and the waiting area was comfortable.
