I would have expected that they would have been replaced before the car was sold. We insisted on a second key fob, which after some heated discussion, the sales manager finally agreed to replace. Also the car was obviously previously owned by a smoker. Although the car was clean, the smoke smell was still obvious. I would have expected better detailing before the sale. More

A local tire shop told me I would need t Once again, Volvo of Annapolis hit it out of the park! I showed up needing assistance with a nail in my tire. A local tire shop told me I would need to buy two new tires as it was irreparable (and the tires have barely 11K miles on them). Before I knew it, my tire had been patched and my XC90 was washed. To top it off, our salesperson from eight months prior recognized me and my children and talked with us like we were old friends. I highly recommend Volvo of Annapolis! More
