A local tire shop told me I would need to buy two new tires as it was irreparable (and the tires have barely 11K miles on them). Before I knew it, my tire had been patched and my XC90 was washed. To top it off, our salesperson from eight months prior recognized me and my children and talked with us like we were old friends. I highly recommend Volvo of Annapolis! More

When i arrived the salesman didnt seem happy to see me. He also didnt answer my questions about the vehicle(XC 90 t6 Rdesign). I had to ask other salesman about the vehicle. The salesman that i was working with sat me in another office and gave another customer his un-divided attention. He got there deal done before mine then told me they were there before me which wasnt true because i talked to the customer. I was also told by the salesman incorrect information about tire size. The salesman acted as if I didnt matter nor was my question important which led me to purchasing the vehicle that i absolutely love without the tires and wheels that i want because i was told that they werent sold. Then i came back to the dealership two weeks later for my tags and i saw the wheels that i wanted on the same model that i own. I ask another salesman and they said that they stock those wheels and that my salesman should have told me about them. I spoke with the assistant sales manager and he took my number about a week ago and i still havent been called back about this matter. In closing i would not refer this salesman to anyone, this is my first volvo and the experience is tainted by very poor salesmanship and customer service. More
